No card and no commitment — one email when the tier opens.
Members see a report 72 hours before everyone else. That is the whole of the difference. Nobody sees a different report, nobody gets a conclusion that is withheld from the public version, and no rating is softened or sharpened for a paying reader. When the 72 hours are up the identical report goes out to the free list and sits on this site, permanently, with its model attached.
Requests work the same way. A member can put a ticker into the coverage queue, which decides what gets looked at. It buys no influence over the conclusion. If we look at a requested name and decide we cannot underwrite it responsibly, we publish that under not rated rather than quietly dropping it.
Seeing a report 72 hours early changes nothing about what it is: impersonal investment research, published to everyone on a schedule for information and education. It is not financial advice and not personalised advice. Sonde is not a licensed investment adviser, has no clients, and knows nothing about your money or your circumstances. The terms say the same thing at greater length.
Subscription revenue funds Sonde. We accept no payment from issuers — not for coverage, not for a meeting, not for a favourable reading — and no advertising appears on this site. The author's own position is disclosed on every report, with a fixed no-trade window either side of publication. That arrangement is the reason the research can stay free: readers are the customer, so there is nobody else to please.
The founding-member tier is not open yet. When it is, price, renewal and cancellation will be set out in the terms before any payment is taken. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
